Collecting tickets: Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day of the show from 16:00 onwards. You must take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase. If someone else bought tickets for you to collect, bring a Letter of Authorization from whoever booked them for you, stating your name, the booking reference and the last four digits of the card they used to buy them.
Accepted payment: They venue accepts all cards including American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Android Pay.
Parking: O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire doesn't have its own parking facilities, and street parking locally is limited, so be sure to check the pay and display options in the area. There is a car park at Westfield London nearby; the postcode for sat nav is W12 7SL. Disabled Parking: There's a bay in Pennard Road to the rear of our venue and Blue Badge spaces are available at Westfield London on Ariel Way, W12 7SL.
House rules: No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements.
